Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Twixy, a mobile puzzle game developed by DawnForge Studios.
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using Twixy, including accounts, purchases, fair play, and your responsibilities while playing.
Eligibility:
Twixy is intended for general audiences. Players under the legal age of majority must have permission from a parent or guardian. By allowing a child to use Twixy, parents/guardians agree to these Terms on the child’s behalf.
License to Use:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
Reverse-engineer, cheat, or modify the app;
Use bots, emulators, or automation tools;
Access systems or data without authorization;
Use the app for unlawful or exploitative purposes.
Accounts & Logins:
You may sign in using Google, Apple, or play as a Guest.
Guest access links to your device ID to retain your progress, but data may be lost if your device is reset or replaced.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
Usernames & Conduct:
Your username may appear on leaderboards. Offensive or misleading names may be changed or removed.
Harassment, cheating, impersonation, or exploit abuse is prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
Virtual Currencies and Items:
The game features coins, gems, hints, and cosmetic skins, which are virtual items with no real-world value.
They cannot be traded, sold, or redeemed for real money. These items are licensed to you, not sold.
In-App Purchases (IAP):
Purchases are processed securely through Google Play or Apple App Store.
Refund requests must be made through those platforms.
All prices, rewards, and in-game content may be changed or rebalanced to maintain fair gameplay.
Rewarded Ads:
You can watch optional ads (through Unity Ads) to earn in-game rewards.
We do not control ad content; ads may vary by region or availability.
If an ad fails or a reward isn’t delivered, we may (but are not obligated to) issue a replacement reward.
Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy:
Using modified clients, manipulating game data, or exploiting bugs to gain advantage is strictly forbidden.
Violations may result in score resets, progress loss, or permanent bans.
Intellectual Property:
All code, artwork, music, and design in Twixy are owned by DawnForge Studios LTD or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any game assets.
Content Updates:
We may update, change, or remove game content (including puzzles, rewards, or features) at any time.
We make no guarantee that all content will remain permanently available.
Limitation of Liability:
Twixy is provided “as is.”
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost progress, data, or virtual items — except where required by law.
If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you spent in the app during the previous 12 months.
Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or breach platform rules.
All licenses end upon termination.
Third-Party Services:
Twixy integrates with:
Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In – for authentication
PlayFab – for account and data storage
Unity Ads – for ad delivery and rewards
Each third party follows its own privacy and data handling policy. We recommend reviewing them individually.
No Real-Money Gambling:
Twixy does not include gambling or opportunities to win real money or physical rewards.
All gameplay and virtual currencies are strictly for entertainment.
EEA / UK Consumer Rights:
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refunds for purchases are handled according to platform policy and applicable law.
Open-Source Software:
Some components may use open-source libraries. License details are available in the app under Settings → Legal.
