We only collect the minimum data required to operate our game, maintain user progress, and provide in-app functionality such as saving progress, restoring purchases, and connecting with platform services.
1. Account Information
Sign-In with Google or Apple:
If you log in using Google or Apple ID, we collect your display name and profile picture from the chosen platform. This allows us to identify your account and personalize your experience (for example, displaying your name on leaderboards).
We do not collect your password or any sensitive authentication data — this information is handled solely by Google or Apple.Guest Login:
If you play without signing in, we create a temporary guest profile linked to your device’s unique ID.
This ensures your progress is retained even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the same device.
We do not use this identifier for tracking or advertising outside the game.
2. Gameplay and Progress Data
We store data necessary for gameplay and personalization, including:
Completed levels, achievements, and in-game scores
Coins, gems, and other earned or purchased virtual items
Visual theme preferences and settings
This data is used solely for in-game purposes and player support.
3. Transaction Data
For in-game purchases, we use Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchases.
We receive only limited information confirming your transaction — such as a transaction ID, purchase item, and amount — to verify and restore purchases.
We never store or process your full payment information, which is handled by the respective app stores.
4. Analytics and Performance Data
We may collect anonymized gameplay and performance data through tools like Unity Analytics or Google Play Console.
This includes device type, operating system, gameplay duration, crash logs, and general engagement statistics.
All analytics data is anonymized and used to improve gameplay stability, balance, and user experience.

Guest login data is stored locally and tied to your device ID until you delete the app.
Google/Apple login data remains linked to your account until you choose to disconnect or request deletion.
Gameplay and transaction records may be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons (e.g., refund verification).

2. Children’s Privacy
Puzzle Challenge is intended for players aged 13 and above.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If you believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
3. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect new features, laws, or third-party service changes.
If we make significant updates, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and may provide notice within the app.
We collect limited data through two primary methods: Unity Ads and Account Logins (Google / Apple).
We are transparent about how these processes work and how you can manage or request deletion of your personal information.

Our game uses Unity Ads to provide rewarded ads and non-intrusive monetization.
Unity may collect certain data automatically, including device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad engagement metrics.
This data helps Unity serve relevant ads and measure performance but is not used by us for profiling or external marketing.

2. Data Collected via Account Logins
When you sign in with Google or Apple ID, we receive limited account details — your display name and profile image.
This allows us to identify your user account, save your progress, and enable leaderboard or cloud-saving features.
We do not store your email address, password, or any sensitive credentials.
3. Requesting Deletion of Your Personal Data
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.
If you wish to have your data permanently removed from our servers (including account progress, purchases, and stored gameplay data), please contact us via email:

Once verified, we will permanently delete all stored data related to your account, except for information required by law (such as transaction verification records).
4. Data Handling Summary
Unity Ads: For ad personalization and performance; deletion requests handled via Unity.
Google / Apple Logins: For authentication and progress sync; deletion requests handled via us.
Guest Accounts: Identified by device ID; deleted automatically upon app removal.
